Mental Health

Mental Health is something I am extremely passionate about. The following blogs are centered around my battle with Mental Health. Whether you’re a sufferer or know someone who is, I hope my blogs posts give you some insight and inspiration. If I had one piece of advice for anyone battling mental illness, it is to not suffer in silence – there is someone out there who has been through everything that you may be experiencing and like me, use their experiences to empower them and make them who they are today. I hope these posts¬†inspire you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.

Love, Janet.
