Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m Janet and I’ve made this blog mainly to share my battle and experiences with Mental Health. I’ve been lucky enough to find great healing through my writing and since, I’ve been able to blog about my experiences openly and honestly and write various pieces about my battles with self-harm, addiction, medication, and discrimination. Through sharing my experiences, I am able to live a happier, healthier life where I am able to bring much-needed awareness to Mental Health issues in hopes to inspire and support others.
I dedicate this blog to anyone suffering in silence – you are not alone, and whatever you may be facing at the moment, you are capable of getting through it and achieving greatness and happiness.
